Thomas E. (Tom) von Berg
Strategic Planner, Global Marketer and Operational Forensics Consultant, Tom von Berg, President of Everett Group, delivers increasing profitability through strategic execution, asset leverage and concept-to-client performance. Visionary planning, product development, and innovative marketing, have made Tom a valued consultant to forward thinking businesses in domestic and global arenas.
His internationall experience includes a 3-year residence in Europe as Vice President of Marketing for a Dutch conglomerate with world-wide distribution. As a senior marketing executive for consumer durables manufacturers, Tom successfully developed new products, achieved international regulatory compliance and generated significant profits on all continents. He holds two international patents.
Tom earned a B.A. from Brigham Young University. He is a Professional Member of the American Marketing Association and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He is a Paul Harris Fellow in Rotary International and served as President of the Knoxville Breakfast Rotary Club for the 2009-2010 term.
Mr. von Berg is active in community service as a succesful fundraiser and marketer for charitable organizations, including food banks, Oak Ridge Rowing Association, Save America's Inner-City Neighborhoods Today (SAINT) and The Joy of Music School. He was a Mentor in the Knox Achieves educational program for low-income youth and is engaged in Education Reform in Tennessee.
